Dave spent years as an Executive Director running an Assisted Living / Memory Care community and an Independent Living community in Colorado. He has sat on both sides of the table -- as the community leader receiving families in crisis, and now as the advisor helping families find the right community before the crisis forces the decision. He founded Elder Life Transitions to give families the kind of guidance he watched them desperately need, and the Elder Advocacy Alliance because he knew that guidance worked better when the right professionals were already connected. His role in the Alliance is senior placement and consulting -- helping families understand their options, identify the right level of care, and navigate the transition with as little chaos as possible.
